We have now concluded our three rounds of public consultation and are excited to share our latest proposals — bringing new homes, community spaces, and leisure opportunities to life.

After 18 months of detailed conversations with the Greater London Authority, Lambeth Council planning officers, local councillors, stakeholder groups and nearby residents, we’re excited to present our proposals for Vauxhall Square.

As one of the largest developments proposed in South London, this will deliver truly world-class architecture and an exceptionally designed scheme of up to 69 storeys. The scheme complies with both GLA and Lambeth Council policy, delivering 35% affordable housing, including much-needed homes for social rent.

These bold new proposals will transform Vauxhall Square into a vibrant destination, anchored by an accessible public park at its heart. Lined with bars, cafes, restaurants, office space, exciting entertainment venues and community facilities, this will be a place for everyone to relax, connect and thrive in the heart of Vauxhall.

We will soon be submitting our planning application for Vauxhall Square to Lambeth Council. Your feedback throughout three rounds of public consultation has been invaluable in informing the development of our proposals.

The Vauxhall Square site has the opportunity to be the heart of a new centre for Vauxhall.

We have held three rounds of public consultation on our proposals for Vauxhall Square – starting with our vision in July 2024, followed by our emerging proposals in December 2024 and finally, in June 2025, we shared our more detailed plans following a review of the feedback recieved throughout.
