After 18 months of collaborative and detailed conversations with the Greater London Authority, Lambeth Council planning officers, local councillors, stakeholder groups and nearby residents, we’re excited to share our plans for Vauxhall Square.
As one of the largest developments proposed in South London, this will deliver truly world-class architecture and an exceptionally designed scheme of up to 69 storeys. The scheme complies with both GLA and Lambeth Council policy, delivering 35% affordable housing, including much-needed homes for social rent.
Vauxhall Square will deliver approximately 1097 new homes, with 35% affordable, alongside 1,164 co-living units and 699 student units with 35% affordable provision. Vauxhall Square will also help to deliver over 180 additional homes in the borough.
These bold new proposals will transform Vauxhall Square into a vibrant destination, anchored by an accessible public park at its heart. Lined with bars, cafes, restaurants, office space, exciting entertainment venues and community facilities, this will be a place for everyone to relax, connect and thrive in the heart of Vauxhall.
